PATX Group

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This policy explains how 100 Days Locked In, operated by PATX Group, handles information when you use our iPhone app and this website.

Information we collect

To create an account, we collect the information provided by Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, such as your account identifier, email address, and name when available. You also create a display name and username for use in the app.

The app stores the information you choose to enter for your challenge, including workout and cardio activity, step counts, nutrition and macro goals, alcohol tracking, body measurements, progress notes, and your training preferences.

You may choose to add progress photos from your photo library or camera. Private check-in photos remain private. A Bam Cam photo is shared with your selected group only when you choose to post it to that group's feed.

Apple Health and device permissions

With your permission, the app can read selected Apple Health data: steps, body mass, body fat percentage, heart rate, and active energy. We use this information to show your fitness snapshot and help populate your challenge log. The app does not write data to Apple Health, and we do not use Health data for advertising or sell it to data brokers.

Camera, photo-library, and notification permissions are optional. You can decline them or change them later in iOS Settings.

How we use information

We use your information to operate your account, keep your challenge and progress records, deliver the features you request, show information you choose to share with your group, protect the service, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell personal information, use it for cross-app tracking, or serve third-party advertising in the app.

When information is shared

Your profile and challenge data are stored using Google Firebase services. Firebase provides authentication, database, and secure file-storage infrastructure on our behalf. Apple and Google also process sign-in information when you choose their sign-in method.

Other people in your group can see only the items you choose to share through the app's privacy controls, such as your display name, selected progress statistics, and a Bam Cam photo you post to the group feed. Private check-in photos are not shown in the social feed.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the safety and rights of our users or service, or as part of a change in ownership of the service.

Before posting a Bam Cam, the app asks you to confirm that you own the photo or have permission to share it. The related photo license and group-sharing terms are available in our Terms of Use.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account and challenge information while your account is active. You can remove individual progress photos in the app. You can also use the account-deletion control in Settings to permanently delete your sign-in account, profile, challenge logs, group membership, and username search record.

If you need help deleting information or cannot access the app, contact us at nick@patxgroup.com.

Children's privacy

100 Days Locked In is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the date at the top of this page.
