Privacy Policy for 100 Days Locked In
Effective July 25, 2026
PATX Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the 100 Days Locked In mobile app. This policy explains what information the app handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account and profile information: authentication identifier, email address when supplied by your sign-in provider, display name, username, profile settings, optional profile image, and an optional Home Gym you choose from Apple Maps.
- Fitness and wellness information you enter: challenge dates and settings; height; starting and logged weight; body-fat percentage; workout, cardio, step, nutrition, macro, alcohol, progress, and habit check-ins; custom program information; and notes.
- Apple Health data: if you grant permission, the app reads steps, workouts, body weight, body-fat percentage, heart rate, and active calories from Apple Health. The app only reads this data and never writes to Apple Health. See “Apple Health data” below.
- Photos: progress and “Bam Cam” photos you capture or choose to upload, plus whether you choose to share a photo with your friends or group.
- Social and group information: groups, memberships, invite codes, usernames used for discovery, leaderboard and challenge progress, and the sharing and privacy settings you choose.
- Location and selected places: when you choose “Nearby Gyms,” the app uses your device location on demand to search Apple Maps. Your current coordinates are not saved to your account or sent to our database. If you select a gym, its Apple Maps place identifier can be saved privately as your Home Gym or attached to a Bam Cam post you explicitly share.
- Technical information: information needed to authenticate your account, deliver cloud storage and database services, maintain security, diagnose errors, and operate the app. Our service providers may process device, network, and diagnostic information for these purposes.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; save and synchronize challenge activity; calculate progress and leaderboards; provide groups, username search, photo sharing, Home Gym shortcuts, and optional gym tags; respond to support or safety reports; prevent abuse; maintain the service; and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing and disclosure
Information is shared only as needed to operate the app:
- With other users when you make your username discoverable, join a group, appear on a group leaderboard, or explicitly share a Bam Cam photo. A gym is shared only when you attach it to that post. Your saved Home Gym and private check-in photos are not posted to the social feed.
- With service providers that process information for us, including Apple sign-in services and Google services such as Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage.
- When required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information, use third-party advertising in the app, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising.
Apple Health data
Apple Health access is optional and off until you grant it. The app requests read-only access and never writes data back to Apple Health. Values the app reads are used to fill in your own challenge tracking — for example, your step count can populate the step field in your daily log, which is then stored with the rest of your challenge data in our cloud database so it syncs across your devices.
We do not use Apple Health data for advertising or marketing, we do not disclose it to third parties for those purposes, and we do not sell it. Apple Health data is not published to group leaderboards or the social feed. You can review or revoke the app’s Health permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security → Health.
Your choices and controls
You control profile discoverability, progress-photo sharing, and whether a gym is attached to a Bam Cam post. You can remove or replace your saved Home Gym, use manual gym search without granting location access, remove uploaded photos, and block users. When sharing a Bam Cam, the app asks you to confirm that you own the photo or have permission to share it.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information and user content while your account is active and as needed to operate the app. You can delete your account from the app. Account deletion is designed to delete the associated Firebase Authentication account, profile, challenge records, daily logs, group memberships, search entry, and stored progress photos. Limited information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or in temporary service-provider backups.
Security
We use authentication, access controls, and service-provider security features intended to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws different from those in your country or region.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date.
