You may use 100 Days Locked In only if you can legally agree to these terms and meet the age rating shown for the app in your country or region. You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity under your account.

The service is a fitness challenge and social accountability tool, not medical advice or a substitute for professional care. Consult an appropriate professional before changing your exercise, nutrition, or alcohol-use practices.

You retain ownership of the photos, notes, and other content you create in the service. You represent that you own that content or have all permissions needed to upload and share it, including any permissions from people shown in a photo.

When you turn on Share to group feed for a Bam Cam and confirm the sharing dialog, you grant PATX Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, technically format, and display that photo to the members of your selected group solely to operate and improve the group-feed feature. This license permits our service providers, including cloud-storage providers, to perform those actions for us.

This photo-sharing license ends when you delete the photo or delete your account, except for reasonable time needed to remove it from backups, logs, and security systems. We do not sell Bam Cam photos or use them for third-party advertising. Private check-in photos are not displayed in the social feed.

Group members may view a Bam Cam you post and may independently save or capture what they see. Use care when choosing what to share. You can remove a shared Bam Cam from Progress at any time.

Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, exploits or harms anyone, includes sexually explicit material, depicts violence, or is abusive, hateful, deceptive, or invasive of another person's privacy. Do not use the service to harass others or attempt to access another person's account or data.

We may remove content, limit access, or terminate accounts when needed to protect people, the service, or applicable law.

Group membership and sharing choices determine who can see your selected profile details, progress statistics, and Bam Cam posts. You can manage your sharing choices in the app. Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices in more detail.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post updates here and revise the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
